Game freezes badly after some (short) play time

Description

for quite a long time now (I'd say - few weeks, not just since recent update) DayZ started to freeze badly about some short time of playing.
After it freezes - much other programs freeze to (steam, skype etc.)

My GPU: GeForce GTX 460
