best example is if you pickup a backpack off a corpse, and then try to put an item into it and it doesnt work. Have found that all the items inside backpack appear 'hidden' and will only show up if you can find an empty slot in the backpack and then all the items appear and you can see why your item wasnt being placed. happens with all clothing as well. this seems to happen about 95% of items picked up off a corpse.

Steps To Reproduce
kill person with gear. swap gear to body. see that the gear is 'empty'. try to put an item into gear and notice it wont go. try to put item into a slot that previously had nothing in it, all other items appear.
