Waiting time to join servers

Description

The first server i went on today i stayed on for about 30 mins,i then logged off to find a new server with less people, i joined one and got instantly kicked.. It was not one of those stupid "join = Character reset" servers either.. Tried to join another and i have a 600 second wait.. What a joke. You should not be penalised for being kicked from shitty servers.

When kicked from a server or after a restart, you have a huge time to wait. When you join the SAME server, it shouldn't. Please fix for the "same server reconnect".
