i played with my friends 3 days ago and after a while i got kicked and it say (BattlEye: GameHack #140) but i dont hack / use cheats / skript or whatever! I played this game for 550 hours why should i cheat?
Yesterday i could play for 2h but after a while i got kicked again with the message (BattlEye: Global Ban# xxxxxx)
I want the only one who got kick and banned. My friend made a screenshot. We can send if if its will need. I already contact BattlEye but there is no response. I say it again, i dont cheats/hacks/skript!!
And i want to get unbanned because i bought this game regular and want to play it!

I'm afraied, BI can't help you here. BattlEye issues are a concern of BattlEye only, even if they're absolutely unjustified and BattlEye is not reacting in any way.
I personally don't like BattlEye either, because the rules are sort of "Our engine is perfect. If you get banned, you hacked! Period!". They even state in their "Support":
<i>"We cannot lift your ban if you were banned as a result of cd-key theft."</i>
Which means that it doesn't matter if the user kept his key only for himself. If it got stolen somehow, it's automatically the users fault and that's bullshit in my eyes.
One of my best friends got globally banned for nothing, except playing on a server which just got hacked. And did they consider the cicrumstances? Not at all. "Your ban is valid." Is the default answer EVERYONE gets, complaining at BattlEye about his global ban. That's when I stopped putting any trust in BattlEye.

Good to see BE is working sometimes. There's still too many people not being banned "for nothing"/cheating.
Do it like all other guys "not hacking": create a new account and stop this infantile and pathetic kind of playing. Play fair and don't ruin the game experience of other players just because of some personal inhability.

Note that if you have been banned on ARMA 3 then your ban will carry over to DayZ.
