Dying in tower for no apparent reason.

Description

I was in the Balota airfield in the tower to the right of the main gate if looking from inside the airfield.

I was trying to shoot at a zombie to the south of me while crouched, but being crouched I couldn't shoot over the side of the tower, so I went to stand up to shoot and died instantly. Then my body fell through the bottom of the tower. I had a zombie aggro'd on me at the bottom of the tower when this happened, but he wasn't hitting me.

My friend was watching me when this happened and confirmed everything I thought, I didn't get shot, I just instantly died for no apparent reason.

My gun was an SKS, dyed black, with a PU sight, and an SKS bayonet. Although I doubt that's relevant to the issue.

I haven't tried yet, but I assume it would happen again if you climbed that tower, aggro'd a zombie when you tried shooting while crouched and then stood up.

its called headshot, sometimes the sound doesnt come out when you die. The report would be better on the sound part.

This has happened to me before, but since I had friends I knew I was shot at.

Probably Mosin w/ LRS... It's basically suicide to be in the airfield towers, they are almost always sniped.

Stop saying I was shot. I WAS NOT SHOT. If you read the question you'd know my friend was right next to me when it happened. I wasn't shot, there was no shot and he stood there for another 5 minutes collecting all my stuff to give it back to me and no one shot at him. If someone shot me they would have shot him too. Plus there was only two other people on the server.

So for the last time. I WAS NOT SHOT. IF I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS A BUG, I WOULDN'T BE HERE.

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. The devs are aware of the problem and they are working on fixing it.
