I undertsand that you can no longer wear a ballistic helmet in combination with halloween masks but you should definetly be able to wear NBC-Masks with helmets which works in reality too as you can see in the picture.

I am aware that wearing helmets with maks was disabled intentionally but I don´t understand why since there is no effect on game ballance. Apart from that DayZ should be a game which (at least partially) simulates reality.

I was hoping that the 0.44 patch would reintroduce the gas mask+ballistic helmet combo. Well - it didn't. Could we at least get some information if and when players will be able to wear gas masks and ballistic helmets together again?
Considering this mask & helmet clipping thing as a minor - if not even insignificant - issue, which was patched for no obvious reason and took away a character costumisation/individualisation option (which many players used to wear with a passion) - I think we deserve some information on the progress of those "adjustments" you devs are doing.
