Description

Biker helmets can be colored by the paint tin, but not the hard hat (although the hard hat has a good surface to appply paint to it).

Steps To Reproduce

take hard hat in inventory - take paint tin in inventory - try to drag paint tin onto hard hat --> won't function to color the hard hat
