If you have an empty quiver, you can't load it with bolts found on the ground until you right click them and select "eject". They then become 5 bolts and are able to be loaded into quivers

Steps To Reproduce
Empty quiver and attempt to reload it with a bolt that has no number in the bottom corner.
If you pick up bolts that have been fired, they have a quantity (1 normally) and can be reloaded into quiver as per normal.

I have found that single bolts CANNOT be reloaded into the quiver, nor can they be stacked together if you have more than one single one. AT ALL. I tried this numerous times, and in different ways, and could not combine bolts or reload a quiver with ANY bolts other than the ones I took out of it.
