Yesterday I was scouting with my Mosin + LRS and saw a player running around at the hangars, later I suprisingly saw him through the windows of the hangars (not seen in picture)walking up invisible stairs (the ATC stairs) but as you can see there is nothing but the terrain rendered. But I could see the player without a problem.
Usually the 2nd hangar would actually block my vision as far as I can tell and of course the ATC wall, too. You can still see the top rails of the ATC above the edge of the hangars roof. {F30816}
