Once when I broke my leg I crawled into a building and got stuck behind a diner counter. While I should have been able to crouch, turn around, and crawl out the way I came, it would no longer allow me to prop up in a crouch or stand. After a while of trying to get out, I could no longer shimmy backwards even though I had some room behind me. While I haven't broken my leg again and gotten stuck, I have replicated getting stuck in a tight place in prone. Luckily you can easily get out by standing up when you don't have a broken limb.

get into a tight space facing the wall (in between cots, behind a bar, etc.) and attempt to back out. Sometimes get stuck if not facing the wall as well after a lot of twisting and turning in prone.
Event Timeline
Maybe related, but I've never had the problem of attaining broken leg in prone, rather having issues in prone when I have a broken leg. Also it's difficult to move through doorways in prone. You kind of have to shimmy, switching from crouch to prone when you have a broken leg. I suspect that's something to do with raised floor level and stairs, but if it could be made possible/easier to go up stairs in prone it would be great.
