There is a good sized town located north of the Northeast airfield and west-northwest of Svetlojarsk. ( it's the town without a name on http://dayzdb.com/map/chernarusplus ... otherwise I would have just named it. )

I have been to this town on at least four different occasions, on 3 different servers. On all of my different visits, there has never been a single zombie on the map. The town has always been unlooted when I arrive, meaning no one had killed off the zombies. So I'm assuming there is some sort of spawn issue regards zeds in this particular town.
