I had a few fights with zombies prior to this incident and had a fractured arm then. (Solved the arm with a Morphine auto-injector) All was fine afterwards until I was looting the second floor of a barn when my leg broke randomly while I was in my inventory. Whether excessive lag or strange (and rather cruel) glitch is to be seen.
