Description

When you hotkey an item, i.e. a weapon, i have to press it 3-4 times to activate it. {F30765}

Steps To Reproduce

join any busy server and try it yourself.

hitt0r set Category to Controls.

hitt0r set Reproducibility to Always.

hitt0r set Severity to None.

hitt0r set Resolution to Duplicate.

This has been reported previously - remember to search before opening new issues.

Closing as duplicate of #0000363: quick swap 1-9 doesn't work correctly 100% of the time
