In the world of the apocalypse, wouldn't it stand to reason some people may turn to cannibalism out of desperation?

Perhaps add in the option to 'Carve' or 'Cut' meat from another player you've killed (providing you have a sharp tool/weapon of course)

It could not only fill hunger but possibly blood as well (a little bit)

Also add in the possibility of food poisoning or bacterial infection as a side effect of eat another human maybe?

Cooking it would negate the negative side effect of bacteria but food poisoning could still be a possibility.
