If the zombies didn't clip through solid objects, I'd be fine with this, but this still hasn't been fixed and therefore makes zombies a greater threat in conjuction with their other issues with hitbox detection and collusion problems.
This is something I would have added later AFTER the clipping-through-walls was solved, or at least turned off until the issue was remideid. I mean, as it is, Zeds can hit you 10-15ft away, hit you with their back turned to you, insta-kill, hit you through walls, spawn locally out of thin air; and so on and so forth.
Don't remove the ability, just turn it off for now until the clipping issue is solved.
