Sometimes while coming upon certain clothing items on the ground, no name data will appear.

While pressing the mouse scroll button down to interact with said item nothing will happen, but sometimes the items will be randomly equipped.

Example, I crawl into a barn, see a pair of camo pants on the ground. No item name appears above them when trying to pick up. Upon pressing the interact button the pants became equipped but still appear on the ground.
