This bug doesnt work everywhere, but it works on the jail closest to the atc in the northeast airfield, and i think it does aswell in balota´s airfield ( the jail farther away from the atc).

Steps To Reproduce
So what you do is , go upstairs, and behind the stairs, u will look into the wall, go prone, and crawl into the wall moving ur mouse to the left (its easier if u do it in the corner).
When u are inside u will be on top of the cell and the entrance door.
