Even after the hotfix the lag for me is still there. I play with 20-25 fps but when i move my mouse(view) it lags. This occured when 0.42 updated launched. Before i was playing very smoothly , especially with those fps which are considered playable. {F30682}

I want to add that i had to lower settings like clouds which i hadnt done before to gain back those fps. Clouds gave me like 8 fps back?
My settings are all very low and disabled so dont start by advising me to lower my settings. It's not on my end.
