I have found that when I move an item out of my inventory, no matter what storage it is (trousers,backpack,assault vest), I can't move a new item into its place. I click and drag the item over but it either never transfers or takes a long time and usually appears there the next time I open my inventory.

It has been happening constantly since the latest updates.
Additional Information
I have found a quick solution to it. If I unequip and drag the entire piece of storage into the vicinity and then back into my inventory the space can be used.
