As in description, when you bandage someone other than yourself with a stack of bandages/rags in your hand, all of them are used instead of just one.

While I haven't tried to do it after the newest patch, cause I was afraid to lose more bandages, I didn't find it in the resolved issues or the fixed changelog, so I assume it still occurs.
