When i left a server while standing on the second floor of the green mountain tower, upon returning my character was stuck on the ground level of the tower glitched inside the wall you couldn't normally access.

Walk over to a wall leading outside, stand right against it and vault. Exit the server during the animation and log back in, and you should be on the other side.
