Before the patch clothing would be labeled as 'damp' if you walked into a stream. Now your player has a soaked status as he gets wet. The bug here is that rain triggers the player getting wet, but the damp status is not applied to clothing.
Also changing clothes does not seem to improved the soaked character status.
if i get in the shower, and get soaking wet in one set of clothes, then swap to a new set of clothes the other set becomes soaked also. this is not maybe a bug. more annoying would be the you are/stopped getting wet spam when running through trees. i feel there is little need to remind people the game is raining in the notification feed
i could verify it. My clothes are all the time dry and my body becomes soaking.
This happens near of each time.
But i don't like the new rain system. If you play on a sunny server you have an advantage over a rainy server by this soaking. If i becomes ill be rain i will only play on sunny server :-S. Is this the way of the game!?!
The only thing i like on the rain: The sound. You are not able to heard so easy as on a sunny server. This is fine :). And you can't watch so lage distance depending on the rain intensity.
