If you drop an item into your vacinity near a bush, it will be seen in the bush but there is no way to retrieve it. It won't appear in vacinity and you cannot look at it and have the option to grab it.

I have seen this happen with pistols, ammo, med kits.

• This cause is different from any others because I had lots of room all around me and instead of dropping in front of me, The med kit went straight into the bush that was behind me and to the left. I was not even inside the bush.
