Upon finding a spawned Med Kit and viewing the item in the 'In Vicinity' pane of the inventory UI, the items within the med kit will not appear. If you move the item into your inventory and then put it back on the ground they appear. Also, if you pick up the item and place the med kit in your hands the items will appear. But they do not appear if viewing the contents from the 'In Vicinity' pane if the item is a fresh spawn and has not been picked up.
