After the 43.116251 hotfix, my group has noticed that our characters will randomly put away a weapon after it was been placed into the hands.

So far, this has happened to me either right after pulling the weapon out of inventory via hotbar or when aiming down the sights. It seems sporadic with no certain combination of moves or such to reproduce.
