I had SKS on my back and M4 in my hands. I had gone upstairs into the room with three bunk beds. I had gone straight to the windows opposite the door, turned left and walked between the window and the bed, and then sat down (on X button). When I opened the inventory and dropped M4 on the ground, I had got message "My leg is in pain", and a moment later I was already dead.

Additional Information
I think M4 stuck between the wall and the bed, crushing my leg. It would be funny if it were not so sad. BTW, because of bugs I die more often than from killing by other players. It's extremely annoying.
