M4 spawn model does not have buttstock nor handguards

Description

When finding M4 spawned into game visually they do not appear to possess either a buttstock or handguard. However, upon equipping the rifle both buttstock and handguard are present upon looking at the item in inventory. In addition after equipping, the rifle possesses both attachments.
