Servers not displaying proper time

Description

While browsing the server list I try to join day time servers but some servers seem to not be reporting the proper time for the day/night cycles.

I just tried joining a server with a time of 13:36 (1:36pm) and it was pitch black out. Again I found another server that was at 17:22 (5:22pm) and it was still night time.

Steps To Reproduce

Find an empty server (they are empty for this reason) that is on day time, join it, and it will be night time.
