Always if I switch from my first server of the day to my secound of the day I have to wait around 240 seconds. Switching to a third server after that I just have to wait half the time or something.
I think rocket said to add just 30 seconds per server not the reverse.

It depends on how fast after logging in to a server, you hop to the next. If you only play 3 minutes on a server, your timer will be longer, when logging in to the next. If you switch servers after an hour, you dont have a timer at all.

If you play 30 minute on a server you wont get any time penalty for switching..
