I started playing the game recently with my kids. Logged in today and after a few minutes, I was disconnected from the server. After logging back in and joining a server, for some reason there was nothing but a grey scale. no video. I backed out. Attemping to join another server, I was made to wait 280 seconds to respawn. Once I did, my character was gone. It was as if I was starting fresh again.

How do I get my character back? is it possible?
