Wrong game version shows when you join a server

Description

I have the game version 0.42.116181 and I'm joining servers with the same version. When I join a server then in the upper left corner it shows me the version number 0.42.116177

I don't know if it means anything.

Upper left version number is the Server version of the software I assumed.

Still, it is confusing. Much better to put the words 'Server version:' next to it.

especially confusing because in the server browser it says you are joining the version server that your client is.
