I have found that unlike before when you where switching weapons via hot keys it was stop you from moving that now, if you are moving when you swap weapons that you will keep moving forward during the entire swap animation even if you release your "move forward" key. Caused me to fall of a roof a few too many times now.

Steps To Reproduce
Have two back holstered weapons equipped, (rifle and 2 hand melee)
walk forward and use hot key to switch between them or to empty your hands of carried item.
Release forward and you keep moving.
