RIGHT SHIFT + P combination will toggle Dedicated Server Control window.
But there is no way to change that key binding, preventing any use of this key combination !

E.G. : if I'm using P for movement, and RIGHT SHIFT for ingame push to talk, I cannot speak while moving ^^
