so today i lost 2 characters ,first one my game crashed into desktop and once i wanted to alt+tab in i couldn't so i restarted the game , once i got into the game i had a new character well at that point i decided to go with it so i start playing with the new character, after 1 hour i wanted to change server to meet my friends but again when i spaned into the new server it says your character couldn't be loaded and it shall reset, and i end up with a new character again.

i double check all the servers were normal game and i also have my save folder of the old character that i had ( i always copy my save files in case )
