Upon connecting to a server, a loud, annoying sound plays once or multiple times.
The best way I can think of to describe the sound is static.
It happens to me on at least two thirds of all servers joined, and to all people I play with too.
The sound never plays again after fully connected to the server and 'desync' has worn off (after 30 seconds max).
1)Connect to a few different servers with sound enabled.
You can get rid of this pesky noise by unloading all your guns before logging out. Upon login the noise will not be present and you can just reload your weapons again.
Thanks for the quick solution. This still needs to be fixed properly at some point in the near future though.
I believe the static is specifically caused by the revolver, it doesn't happen to me when I have other weapons in my inventory but not that.
I get it sometimes on the home screen (play, change server, character, etc.), I don't think I've ever got it logging into a server though.
Most annoying bug I've met so far. I get it on the home screen sometimes and when i log in. Mostly when i have a magnum or a mosin.
used to have the same thing some times. Now my character doesn't stay at all so don't have to hear the static noise. Got that going for me which is nice.
