Steps To Reproduce
simply go up the stairs. Dont know if i was walking allot to the right or to the left or in the middle
Most likely i was walking on the left side of the stairs and maybe the roof above me killed me.
Best way to reproduce this would probably to go up and down the stairs (allot)
Dont know the chances for this to happen but it is most certainly possible.
