find fnx mag, load into wep (with ammo), relog, mag gone!

I have 2 fnx in my inventory currently and am thinking this may be some sort of (duplication) catalyst, as the ones i found in earlier chars in elektro have stayed where they should have on relogs. one pistol was chambered one had a full mag. the other mag I found was at NE airfield.
