I sometimes get blurry graphics (screenshot 2) which easily can get fixed by just accessing the graphics menu.
The blurry graphics turn back to normal (screenshot 3) by just opening the graphic menu and there's no need to change any settings.
Can't figure out really why/ when this does happen. It's totally random, had it happen in buildings as well as on open fields.

A similar problem appears that I sometimes get a total messed up screen full of vertical lines (screenshot 1), which is easy to fix too by just hitting Tab to access the character menu and then tab back to game and everything is normal again.
This only happened to me right after joining a server.
