Unable to use hot-bar, perform actions, open doors, then get "Confirmation of changes - Session Lost"

Description

I'm able to login to multiple servers without problems. However, upon spawning I'm not able to perform any actions. I can access and see my inventory, but cannot pickup items, draw weapons, open doors, etc. Then about 3 minutes later, I get "Confirmation of changes - Session Lost" and get disconnected. This started happening about 3 days ago. No problems before that.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Steps To Reproduce

Select any server and connect. This happens automatically. No other action on my part.

Additional Information

I've read on other forums this may be related to a VAC ban. However, my account is in good standing, as I don't use any hacks/cheats.
