Firestation stairs will sometimes dropped you down a floor or two causing either death or broken limbs.

Apartment buildings e.g. Northern Berezino: When climbing the stairs to the roof of the apartment buildings it'll push you back into the holeand you'll break your legs or die depending on health. I was able to prevent this by being prone then climbing so that when I'm at the top I get off the stairs prone.
