No matter from what angle I try there is no way to take the item, no matter if 1st or 3rd person view, item also not displayed in the character menu where items nearby/ you look at are displayed. Had this happening in barracks on a military base only so far if I remember right.

/update: happened in other buildings now too, but still only happening to some items lying on lockers or under beds.
