Well it just Randomly occurred when I had attacked a Zombie. He hit me when he was falling to the ground dead as can be then seconds later I go to an instant "You are Dead" screen. It has happened twice within the past 10 hours and it gets frustrating when you finally have good equipment but die in one hit.
