i got stuck in the new city in the north east, north to the ship, in the church.
I went to the altar and glitched through the wall behind it (this with the paintings of holy men. from behind its possible to see through).
Now i´m stuck in this room and cant get out.
Would you please release me? i´ve got so good gear, would be a shame if i have to starve there.

this happened to me too, but it's easy to get out. sprint at the wall and hold down W to continue running against it, then hit escape and exit the server. when you log back in you will be on the other side.
Walk over to a wall leading outside, stand right against it and vault. Exit the server during the animation and log back in, and you should be on the other side.
