When ever I log in on a nighttime server the houses and buildings around me are covers in little squares that flash in many different bright colors. After being logged in and seeing this for about 30 seconds the game freezes (still hear things but the screen will freeze) and then it essentially crashes.

My Graphics card is an AMD Radeon 7700 series, and all the drivers are updated.
