When you force feed player with any item, like a 100% can of beans or water bottle. The item disappears from inventory. As you would normally have empty water bottle, the bottle disappears and is gone.
I sprayed a player with disinfectant which was 100%, it disappeared completely from my inventory.
This has been reported previously - make sure to search before opening new issues.
