Walked into edge of pond in 1st person view to drink water on regular server; resulted in all clothing items and status listed as "soaked", there had not been any rain and in fact I was wearing Wellies (would have assumed to be waterproof)

Still happening in 0.59 stable. Had prisine Wellies and was stepping on very shallow water, yet all of my clothes soaked up very quickly.
