Ever since the last patch I've been experiencing a SEVERE almost unplayable FPS drop when clearing Dubsky, the apartments north of Cherno, even after all zombies in the area have been cleared the FPS just drops like a rock, then once i'm out of the area, it returns to normal. Happens every time.

Just an update: I did build my new PC this weekend and then got everything loaded and headed for dubs, still experienced the FPS drop but I'd downgrade it from "Severe" to "Mildly annoying" apparently it helps if your computer is from the 21st century ;)
