for two days in a row now I've died at full health with no one present, without falling or otherwise being attacked, both times were at NWAF, the first time there was one other person on the server, but I did not see him or hear a shot, the second time I was alone on the server. both times I was still with no possibility of the occurrence being caused by a fall.
