When you walk across the railroad tracks when it is raining it says "you are not getting wet anymore" even though you should be. Only happens at the part where it connects with the road.

Steps To Reproduce
I've only tried it out at this one spot, so it might not be reproducable everywhere.
Go to the firehouse in elektro, the one closest to the church. Walk out the front gate and follow the road right up to the rail road crossing. Simply crossing it is the same and walking in and out of the rain.
