In the current build it is possible for raincoats to become 'soaking wet' which is counter-intuitive given their name. In the description of the item, it states that it is 'constructed from a breathable, water-resistant fabrics' which leads me to believe a better name for the item is a 'windbreaker.' I.e. a garment that provides some protection from the elements but not from sustained exposure to inclement weather or torrential downpours (i.e. water-resistant not water-proof).

However, with the new 'Damp' status added it would be beneficial to having garments that were truly water-proof and not just water-resistant. I.e. true raincoats, ponchos (that could cover the backpack as well) and waterproof trousers. {F30347}
